General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Health & Beauty Germany GmbH

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through the online shop of Health & Beauty Germany GmbH, Königsallee 19, 40212 Düsseldorf.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with Health & Beauty Germany GmbH, represented by the management.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the “Order” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices stated include the statutory value-added tax. Shipping costs will be added, which will be displayed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Germany and EU countries using Hermes or DHL (price will be calculated accordingly). Unless otherwise agreed, dispatch will occur within 48 hours of order receipt, provided the goods are in stock. If delivery is not possible, you will be promptly informed.

6. Payment

Payment should be made in advance, by Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons, provided the packaging is unopened. The period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the goods back in time (postmark date). Subject to return in unopened packaging.

8. Returns

In the case of a withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable without limitation for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of injury to life, body, or health, as well as in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Data Protection

Health & Beauty Germany GmbH processes personal data in accordance with the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our privacy policy on the website.

11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. Should individually provisions of these GTC be invalid, the contract shall remain otherwise valid.
